Allina Health has a robust Mental Health and Addiction Clinical Service Line that offers the full continuum of care including integration, specialty outpatient clinics, addiction, co-occurring services, partial hospitalization, day treatment, emergency, and inpatient care.
Key Position Details:
As a child and adolescent psychiatrist, you will work within a primary care-based setting using traditional and integrated models for optimal patient access and collaboration of care.
You will use tools such as electronic consultation and virtual visits to help improve patient access to psychiatric care in a primary care-based setting.
In collaboration with a team of psychiatry providers located at several Integrated Primary Care clinics throughout the metro, you will serve a local population.

Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities Consults with providers to assist with ongoing management of the behavioral health needs of their patients Engages the patient and family to develop treatment plans that address identified goals Develops and leads staff education in psychiatric issues Participate in provider of the day rotation Job Requirements Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine required Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required Physical DemandsMedium Work :
Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs.
